Hello again, everyone! It's been a few months since our last post, and it's high time for more information to be posted. As was announced on January 1st, America's Army 3 is no longer a fully-supported game by Black Chevron. This is due in part to the unstable game itself, server reliability, and lack of a command structure. It has been deemed as an unsupported game, and will remain so until more interest picks up, or the group is dissolved.
In other news, Vykree has been promoted to Fifth Chevron Bronze, to help the other Fifths in their day-to-day duties as community leaders, leaving Krivak as the Fourth Chevron Gold of World of Tanks, with Nightmare at his side, along with their Field Commanders. This change brings us new possibilities to Black Chevron, as we can finally move forward with plans we've had for a long time for the group, but just didn't have the manpower and/or time to get them done. With Vykree's help, we're moving forward quickly. More information about that should be expected with Chevron Update 8 (March 1st, 2012).
All Points Bulletin is going to be the featured game of this post; it's a free to play MMOFPS, set in the city of San Paro. Essentially, it's a large open world of Cops vs. Robbers. Using groups of up to 4 (and more in some cases), the point is to beat the criminals (as an enforcer), or beat the enforcers (as a criminam). Black Chevron has an established group in APB Reloaded already. The game is free, and is lots of fun now that they hammered out a lot of the hackers, glitches, and other problems with the game. We're currently recruiting for the game, so if you know anyone who plays APB, be sure to invite them to join Black Chevron.
That's about it, the January/February monthly report should be out within a week or so, so be sure to look forward to that!
